Winter
If you are planning to go during the winter season you should plan on dressing in layers. As seen above you want heavy jackets to keep the warm and jeans. Then pair those with some comfortable boots preferably one for walking in snow or some that are fur lined such as Uggs. Under your jacket you will want a turtle neck or a long sleeve shirt. Don't for get your hat, gloves and scarf also to keep extra warm during this very cold season.
Summer
The summer season is perfect time if you do not like a terribly hot summer. The summers stay in the 80's mostly because of the tree shade. If you plan on going in the summer you will want shorts and short sleeve shirts during the days. Flip- flops are another need during this time as well as tennis shoes in case you go hiking as one of you actives. A light sweater or sweat jacket will be a must too because night could turn chilly.
Fall and Spring
Spring and fall are mild for the Temperate Deciduous Forest. If you plan to vacation during this time you will need warm clothes than most places for these seasons. Jeans, capris or leggings will work for this time of year and short sleeved shirts too. Yet, you will need a lighter coat or sweater since it could be in the 50's during these season. For the type of shoe you will want to bring, it should be a closed toe shoe it will be a little too cold for flip-flops. So you should bring flats, boots or tennis shoes if you are planning to visit the Temperate Deciduous Forest during this time of year.
